Final pricing is only locked in once a formal, written entertainment contract is fully executed by both parties. 

    

3. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS, AND CANCELLATIONS
   All formal event bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) to secure the date. 

    

• Retainer Fees: All deposits/retainer fees are strictly non-refundable, as they secure a date on our calendar and prevent us from booking other clients. 

   

• Cancellations: Cancellation policies, including timelines and any remaining balances due, will be strictly governed by the terms specified in your individual executed service contract.
